I complained them and raised a ticket through their app and personally visited the office twice too. They said they will send a technician but he is not yet come. Such incidents have occurred in the past too. They have a very poor service. They have customer call support which is useless because you have to be lucky for them to pick up your call. Please look into the matter asap.
