I am very disappointed to say that ion is the worst when it comes to customer service because of the below points.
1. Ivr doesn't recognize the registered number.
2. When the call gets connected to any agent, 9 out of 10 agents pretends that they cannot hear our voice and disconnects the call.
3. No manager is available in any given point to talk to.
4. Agents disconnects the call after placing the call on hold.
5. You can hear the same agents speak in local languages in background while you are in the line speaking to them.
6. You can never expect a callback from any one for a complain.
Is this the level of service you give to all your customers?
When it comes to the technical aspects, like dropping connection, it never gets resolved in a single call and to get through an agent who can actually listen to you (After numerous calls and after they pretend they can't hear you and disconnects), they can't fix the connection issues at all and even when the agents book an engineer to visit, they do not visit.
Fed up with your service, will discontinue the broadband service and will never ever recommend to any one.
