It is such a use less service. Wnt provide router no customer services. Thry always try to irritate customer as much they can.in a month we have changed router twice and thrice where they have suggested. But still we are facing same issue. Today when we complaint in customer care they have send a person mr sachin from kamothe. He said again its router problem do whatever you want we cnt help you out unless and until you bring new one. Such a language to thr customer. I suggest never ever take this connection. Its same to be without connection. No manners no service but if any delay in payment they suddenly cut the connection.
