ION — no response towards reactivation of my internet connection (user id-amolsc)

Hi, i am from deepali nagar, nashik. I want to reactivate my internet connection (User id-amolsc). I am continuously doing with ion office team at nashik since last friday i. E. 3.7.2020. But, there is no response & my internet connection is not yet reactivated. Need support to resolve the matter urgently.
