One of the worst internet service provider. Every time facing internet connection problem but these problem are lease bothered about this. They don't seem to solve the problem. Even their customer service is also worst. I had spoke to many cse agent they never transferred the call to their seniors and don't trust their commitments. I had spoke to varsha she should be trained how to speak with an customer and then after 1 week again there was an problem with the internet connection when i called them they asked me to wait for 3 days to get the problem resolve. I mean is this the service they are giving to the customer. The agent name is mahesh and employer code is ssv03429 from mumbai. I request all other not to use this internet service. I[censored] are planning to take connection of this it is the right time choose any other internet service provider. Or else u have to go through the issue what i had gone through.
