My internet connection not working from last 7 days. Not attending complain from service provider. Complain # TKT 1549048 & TKT 1549025. Very poor responses from customer service. This is happing 2-3 time very month. I called so many tome to customer care, not positive reply from customer service. In addition, local service provider is not lifting any phone call.

    Taking New Internet Connection in Commercial building by Ion as advised and convinced by Ion Team .They even provided performance reference by other clients in our building, After Repeated Calls and Offers we agreed.
    The same client who has also taken the same plan connection said i refereed you and he will get 1 month fee wave off.
    We said OK.Ion Technical team inspected our Place informed us to get the Router ready for new connection so we disconnected the existing MTNL Service. I informed them first give connection and then we will pay.They said its our policy to collect documents first and collect Money then give connection.We followed the policy.After few days of no response we are informed that the Plan provided to us is for Residential and not commercial.So we will refund.We said once we disconnected our existing Service Provider you are informing us now we will have to pay them once again Installation charges.They said we cannot do anything if you want take commercial package which is 10 times more expensive.Or we will be refunded in 4 working days.Customers are Still Being Cheated like this.Especially the MSME { Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises}
    Pathetic service, wifi not working since last 4 days ago, and complaint number is TKT 1583702, I am not suggest ION Net infuture to my friend Circle.

      I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap.

      Make sure to deactivate this plan asap, if not.. I will complaint against this in Consumer court . Thanks!

        Worst service ever i have found with a broadband service there technician doest even come to check the problem and just closes the complaint on his own decision. they never give the proper speed. I have to go to there office and force there technician to come and check the problem with my homes internet every single time no matter how many complaint i do on there customer service line it doesnt matter to them. They always give excuse that they will raise the complaint but it always to wait for one more day i dont when there day will come to fix it.

          It was my worst decision to choose ion from siddhi broadband, gharonda, ghansoli, new mumbai. I started with ion on last week of may 2018. For the month of june 2018, i hardly used internet for 10 days and remaining days i was facing internet disconnection issue.

          As i renewed the pack of 620/- in next month, for 1 day it was worked and again it got disconnected for 3 days and service provider fixed the issue on 4th day and it worked only for 1 day and again got disconnected. Now i am totally pissed off with their service.

          Siddhi broadband is the ion service provider in our region. They identified the issue and giving a reason like as it is copper cable that is why in rain it gets damaged and asking to replace the cable and for that also i have to pay. I don't understand why i have to pay, are you providing paid service or what?

          Siddhi broadband suggesting me two solutions to get uninterupted internet service:

          1. To change the cable and for that also i have to pay.
          2. To switch to fiber optic cable and for that also i have to pay 2500/- and as it is in offer till 7th of july 2018 so it would cost 1500/-.

          I'm very much disappointed with ion and their franchise siddhi broadband. I'm frusted a lot with their service and co-operation. I just want refund of 620/- and don't want to continue with ion anymore.

            I have a 20mbps yearly paid plan and my internet fibre connexction is not working since 2 days. Local office staff of kausa mumbra dont receve calls for complaints even i[censored] call on for 150 times. Third days after call8ng for 22 times they picked the call and sent technician who doesnt has manner to speak. His works after coming... Kya hua q mare ja rahe the. 2 din se hi sirf line band h na. Sabar karne nai hota h kya? And when my bro asked when the problem will be solved... The technican says. Sabr karo machine nai h abi. Time milega toh aa kar denge. Aur bar bar phone nai karne ka...

            Ion broadband office... Located kausa - wafa park. Mumbra.

            Contact persons aamin and shankar are the worst who dont even bother to call back after seeing 100+ misscalss in 2 days.

              मी एक I-on Internet चा ग्राहक आहे. मी आपल्याकडील internet ची सुविधा 05.03.2017 रोजी सुरू केली. माझे घर Airoli, sector20 मध्ये आहे. मी internet चा वापर करण्यासाठी सुविधा चालू करतांना एक router Rs.1000/- जमा करून rent basis वर घेतले होते. router घेताना Rs.30/- प्रमाणे दर प्रत्येक महिन्याला आकारले जातील असे मला सदरील ऑफिस मधील एका अक्षय नामे असलेल्या कर्मचाऱ्याने सांगितले होते. त्यांच्याकडूनच मी ही सुविधा चालू करून घेतली होती. मी फेब्रुवारी 2018 रोजी इंटरनेट ची सुविधा बंद केली अन router सुद्धा त्याच वेळी वापस केले. router घेतांना जमा केलेल्या रकमेतील उर्वरित रक्कम cheque द्वारे येतील व सदरचा cheque घेण्यासाठी एक महिन्यांनंतर कार्यालयाला भेट द्या असे मला सांगितले. ज्यावेळी cheque कार्यालयात आले तेव्हा ते महिना Rs.50/- प्रमाणे जमा केलेल्या Rs.1000/- मधून router चा वापर झालेल्या 12 महिन्याचे Rs.600/- वजा करून Rs.400/- चा cheque कार्यालयात आलेला दिसून आला. परंतु Rs.30/- प्रमाणे महिना कपात होईल असा ठराव होऊनसुद्धा मला Rs.50/- प्रमाणे कपात होऊन cheque आला आहे आई मी अक्षय यांच्या निदर्शनास आणून दिले त्यावेळी त्यांनी ते मान्य करून Rs.30/- प्रमाणे मला cheque मिळवून दिला जाईल असे आश्वासन दिले. माझा नेहमीच अनुभव आहे की, जर आम्ही एखादी complaint launch केली तर या service centre किंवा कार्यालयाचे काम आहे की त्या आलेल्या complaint ला solve करणे. परंतु इथे तसे बिलकुल होत नाही. आम्ही प्रत्यक्ष भेट दिल्यानंतरच त्या complaint कडे लक्ष दिले जाते. त्याचप्रमाणे मी ज्या ज्या वेळी कार्यालयाला भेट दिली त्या त्या वेळी माझ्या निदर्शनास आले की त्यांनी माझी ही case समोर forward केलीच नव्हती. शेवटी मी त्यांच्या मागे लागून कार्यालयाला प्रत्यक्ष भेट देऊन माझी case समोर forward करवून घेतली. अन त्यांनतर कित्येकवेळा त्यांच्या कार्यालयाला भेट दिली परंतु अजून cheque आलाच नाही असे त्यांच्याकडून सांगण्यात येत होते. तब्बल दीड महिन्यांनंतर माला असे सांगण्यात आले की Rs.50/- प्रमाणेच cheque मला मिळेल ठराव झाल्याप्रमाणे Rs.30/- प्रमाणे cheque कंपनी कडून दिला जाणार नाही त्यामुळे आधी हो Rs.50/- प्रमाणे चा जो cheque आला आहे तो मी स्वीकारावा असे मला सांगण्यात आले त्यानुसार मला नाईलाजाने तो cheque स्वीकारावा लागला कारण, एक cheque साठी मला प्रत्येक वेळेस कार्यालयाला भेट देणे शक्य नव्हते कारण कार्यालयाला प्रत्यक्ष भेट दिल्याशिवाय काम होत नाही असे मला माहित होते व मी न्यायालयीन कर्मचारी असून माझी बदली होण्याच्या मार्गावर आहे म्हणून मी तो cheque स्वीकारला. परंतु जेव्हा मी तो cheque बँकेमध्ये जमा करण्यासाठी गेलो तेव्हा बँकेतील कर्मचाऱ्यांनी तो cheque स्वीकारला नाही कारण त्यावरचे माझे नावावरची शाई (print) उडालेली दिसून आली. याबाबत मी अक्षय यांच्याशी cheque स्वीकारताना बोललो होतो परंतु बँक cheque स्वीकारेल असे त्यांनी बोलले परंतु बँकेने cheque न स्वीकारल्याने अक्षय यांच्याकडे मी तो cheque परत जमा केला व त्यांनी मला नवीन cheque मागवून देतो असे सांगितले. परंतु नेहमीच्या मला आलेल्या अनुभवामुळे मी काही दिवसांनी कार्यालयाला भेट दिली त्यावेळी अक्षय गावी गेले आहेत व माझ्या cheque बद्दल मला काहीही सांगितले नाही असे कार्यालयातील एक कर्मचारी विशाल यांनी मला सांगितले व ते 4 दिवसांनी येतील असे सांगितले. परंतु त्यांनतर अक्षय हे गावी निघून गेले व जवळपास 15 दिवस हजर झाले नाही अन त्यांनी त्यांच्या गैरहजेरीत विशाल यांना सुद्धा माझा cheque बदली करून मागवायचा आहे असे सांगितले नाही. विशाल यांना माझ्या cheque बद्दल माहिती असून सुद्धा त्यांनी अक्षय यांना contact करून माझ्या cheque बद्दल विचारणा करून तो cheque बदली करून दिला नाही. त्यांनी सुद्धा माझ्या कामाकडे दुर्लक्ष केले. माझा cheque समोर forward केली की नाही याबाबत विशाल यांना विचारले असता त्यांनी मला माहिती नाही असे उत्तर देऊन उडवून लावले. आज जवळपास फेब्रुवारी 2018 पासून आज पर्यंत म्हणजे तब्बल 5 महिन्यापासून केवळ एका Rs.400/- च्या cheque साठी माझी अश्या प्रकारची छळवणूक आपल्या कार्यालयातील कर्मचाऱ्यांकडून केली जात आहे. आपल्या कार्यालयाकडून माझी केवळ harrasement होत आहे. वेळेवर कोणतेही काम आपल्या कार्यालयाकडून कधीच केले जात नाही. कार्यालयाला प्रत्यक्ष भेट दिल्याशिवाय कोणतेही काम पूर्ण केले जात नाही. नवीन cheque मागवण्यासाठी जुना cheque पाठवला की नाही असे विचारले असता अजून नाही पाठवला असेच वारंवार उत्तर अक्षय हे देत आहेत. अशी माझी ही ऐरोली Sector-20 मध्ये असलेल्या service center अन तिथल्या असलेल्या कर्मचाऱ्याविरुद्धची Complaint आहे. कृपया माझी समस्या लवकरात लवकर Solve करून मला नवीन cheque Rs.50/- ठरलेल्या ठरावाप्रमाणे मला मिळवून देण्यात यावा ही विनंती. माझी यापूर्वी ची complaint id "TKT843136" आपल्या महितीस्तव सादर करीत आहे.

                Very upset with ion/ dvois compay. My internet has been down since yesterday. Called customer service multiple times but no sucess. They promise that they will send someone since yesterday but no one has come yet. Today when i called and asked for a supervisor or someone at higher support, i was told that sunday no supervisor works... Hahaha, are they serious!!!
                I won't recommend anyone to buy ion internet.
                Local techs say that cannot come unless they receive a ticket from ion team.
                Only thing they are good at is creating tickets which are of no use!!!

                  I m fed up ION service. It feels that my hard earned money is wasted. 80% of the time the internet is not working. I have raised at least 20 tickets and called multiple times but no response. It is a pathetic service. Please refund my money its a big loss for me.When I wanted to shift from one place to another they did it after 10 days. Despite the payment i could not use the service for 10 days. The local operators were very polite when they were convincing to buy ION but now they dont even talk appropriately. ION doesn't care for customers. I m shocked who the hell gave them the best consumer service award. ION you services are poor please refund my money along with the loss.

                    Have upgrade my internet speed from 4 to 20 mbps and once it got upgraded the internet service become slow and not even providing 1 mbps of service.

                    Worst internet please do not take it even if given for free...

                    Ticket numbers are raised almost every day still no response it better that we dont have such facility so called as optic fibre... Were there is no consistency

                      I stay near nerul west.
                      Without any prior notice they have disconnected my internet.
                      It's been 4 to 5 days we are facing problem of no internet in our place and there is no proper response from any of your person.
                      Firstly they are imposing us to pay 500 rs without any of our fault and saying that it's mandatory and we have to pay.
                      Secondly when we are agreeing to the terms n condition nobody is to respond or solve the solution.
                      3rdly i[censored] can't do anything i need complete refund of my money which i paid on renewal if you can't give service.
                      Also the 4 days extra net due to which i faced a great amount of loss bcoz o[censored]r company.

                      I hope there is some responsible person in your company who can help or reply my concern.

                      Hope to here from you soon.
                      ION is thef company they haven't refunded my amount which due to transaction failure got stuck. I am struggling from more than one month but they are not helping me at all. Everytime I raise ticket they mail and sms that it is resolved. But whom and where have they communicated. I am fed up with this service.
                      Cheap service, I stay in bhandup and im using ion net which is half of the month not working...

                      And m trying to complaint on given customer care number which is not connecting and service engineer numbers is switch off...cheap and very third class service

                      Don't use Ion internet service ...

                        When the call gets connected to any agent, they pretend that they cannot hear our voice and disconnects the call.
                        You guys disconnect the service exactly on 30days, but in between these duration, you dont provide the services for atleast 2-3 days, these is very ridiculous. Kindly provide better service or i will be force to end up with you. Biggest mistake to choose u guys instead of airtel connection. Fix it asap

                          I am very disappointed to say that ion is the worst when it comes to customer service because of the below points.
                          1. Ivr doesn't recognize the registered number.
                          2. When the call gets connected to any agent, 9 out of 10 agents pretends that they cannot hear our voice and disconnects the call.
                          3. No manager is available in any given point to talk to.
                          4. Agents disconnects the call after placing the call on hold.
                          5. You can hear the same agents speak in local languages in background while you are in the line speaking to them.
                          6. You can never expect a callback from any one for a complain.

                          Is this the level of service you give to all your customers?

                          When it comes to the technical aspects, like dropping connection, it never gets resolved in a single call and to get through an agent who can actually listen to you (After numerous calls and after they pretend they can't hear you and disconnects), they can't fix the connection issues at all and even when the agents book an engineer to visit, they do not visit.

                          Fed up with your service, will discontinue the broadband service and will never ever recommend to any one.

                            One of the worst internet service provider. Every time facing internet connection problem but these problem are lease bothered about this. They don't seem to solve the problem. Even their customer service is also worst. I had spoke to many cse agent they never transferred the call to their seniors and don't trust their commitments. I had spoke to varsha she should be trained how to speak with an customer and then after 1 week again there...

                            Madam/sir,
                            Some times speed became very slow.. The network is disconnected in mostly night hours and authomatically became functional in next day. We registered the complaint and resolved the issue without visit of any engineer here. You can verify the complaint registered till installation of connectivity.

                            We think that such disconnection issues is raised by the person who came here for installation of modem first time and he knew my password because they were set the password and i am not aware the password.

                            Thus look into the matter and arrange to guide for changing the password by myself. So such suspisous will become out of my mind.

                              To one broadband,
                              After i changed my local broadband service to your one broadband that was my worsted decision paid your guy on saturday 17 feb 2018 abhishek tiwari - [protected] in name of planet eshop cable he said sir we will get the installation done on 19 feb 2018 monday
                              Just after installation your internet service stopped working 9.30 pm then called your executive he fixed the problem and internet started working form 2pm tuesday then again by 10pm internet stoped working i gain called your executive the fixed the problem and internet was resumed at 2pm wednesday this thing contiuned till friday of that week
                              As form, friday new problem was faced by me that is no internet connection as form friday night 12 pm internet had stopped working this problem continued till next 4 to 5 days.
                              After your internet disconnection issue got fixed now i am facing slow internet download and upload speed
                              I am paying of 12mbps your company is providing me 1 to 3mbps and this isnt one day problem instead form the time i installed your broadband service i have faced a variety of issue form no internet service to the slow internet this two are service your company has been excellent in providing. From day one with your internet connection i having problem when asked for refund you people refuse and your service also is pathetic leaving google and some well-known site your internet does give speed on top of that you have a download cap in my office mtnl internet i get 4mbps download on surfing speed and this is minimum were as in your 12mbps plan i get hardly 400 to 600kbps when surfing speed 12mbps that to isnt constant even after such a cap.
                              When i was using old internet service provider with 8 mbps plan i use to get 5mbps download and upload of office work done at zippy speed.

                              After i bought your 12mbps internet service i am doing all my work and os updates form my office as your internet service is so good that i do know that your internet service will not work and after 20 days o[censored]se i do belive you

                                From morning 6.00 am till evening 8.00pm I didn't have internat connection on dated 20.02.2018. Even after repetitive CALL TO customer service team it was not solved. Every time customer service team is telling they will resolve within 10 min. it is a back end issue and they will resolve it in urgent basis. Till afternoon when i didn't receive internet connectivity, I asked for the extension of my due date of recharge due to internet was not been there for the whole day. I have the ticket number (TKT1037702).
                                Till evening 7.30pm when I didn't receive the internet, I had to call customer service again and scold the person and he told that i will resolve now only. After this incident I got the internet. That means there were no problem at all and from morning i didn't have internet connection. This is the case for every 2nd day. If I didn't receive confirmation of my extension for the due date of recharge by tomorrow and call from the higher authority regarding this, I will write to each and every consumer FORUM and complain about this in consumer court also. and will disconnect after this month, since ACT, Hathway is now available in my area. Enough ### of this, and i don't want to spend my hard earned money to go away like this.

                                Worst service. Even after complaining 4-5 times on phone and personally visiting the branch office, they seem to ignore it completely. Very bad experience.

                                  From day 1 we have taken the connection, the internet connection drops off and can only be rectified by the technician physically visiting the site. This problem is there every time whenever we connect and if its day time the technician can resolve it. But after 7.00 pm when i am back from office and wanted to login the connection is never there and i couldn't join or take the calls from home. This is hindering my office work. Whenever i wanted to login from home, there is a internet problem and i have to again go to office, i could never connect even a single day without the technician coming and restarting the server.

                                  Whenever we register a complaint over the phone the customer service can do nothing apart from taking the complaints and they never escalate it to their seniors. This has been going on from the time we have taken the connection. This is the failure from technical side, manual reset/restarting the server never worked.

                                    We have a broadband called i-on which gives us net through a isp called lavanya they provide us very bad connection that if you subscribe for 10 mbps they give only 1-2 mbps download speed and this is not any one day, this is every day and when we call them they reply rudely and dont even come to repair if there is any repair and even if they come it will be like a day or two after
                                    So please i request you to take action against these frauds and help us get our money worth we may switch o other isp but the hostel in which we live do not hae any other so please help us it will be a lot of help to 600 students living in hostel

                                      This is related to a complaint I lodged on 14th of September.. the net is not working since 14th and have been following up since then. No action taken yet! While other devices in the neighboring area is resolved already my device is still not connected! The complaint it still pending.. absolute pathetic service provided by you guys. This happens every month.. half of the months there are connectivity issues. The technicians Ur customer service care providers assure of coming and checking never actually come! Will have to discontinue the membership if this issue still pertains.. hopef the issue is solved at the earliest!
                                      I am using your broad band inter net service. My family has made many complaints to call center but no one came to check. Can you please send someone to check failing which I have to discontinue your service. My registered mobile is [protected]
