I know that no one can open shop on highway road but one man sold tea on highway road near baroda ahmedabad highway toll plaza...& he charge lot for cold drinks... & because of this one shop at evening there is not of traffic after toll plaza... Travellers are stop them vehicle for drink tea & snackes suddenly when they show that shop so it have lots of chance for accident because next vehicle is not know about privious car will be stop or not.. So this shop is dangerous... Please make some action for this shop

Dear Sir,

With reference to your mail, we had tried to trace out the locations of tea outlet all along the Expressway but nowhere any tea outlet was found. In your complaint, there is no clarity about the exact location . We also do not have your contact no for necessary verification.

As the location has not been mentioned, Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Ring road Toll plazas were checked for unauthorized selling of tea etc., but no such encroachment was found. Only Authorized Highway Nest is operational (as per MOU of NHAI and M/s Amul) on the expressway for the benefit of commuters . Private shops at mainline toll plazas are outside the ROW and as such there is a no encroachment by Private shops on the Expressway. Our Patrolling teams are vigilant 24*7 to check any unauthorized occupation on NE-1."

I travelled everyday surat to ahmedabad on National highway 1 ...This shop is exact near the Baroda Toll plaza...This shop is on Road...i am sending you photo

This men are run this Tea shop on vehicle...I Think it's Bolero car...They park their vehicle near the Road...By the help of bamboos & car They make this shop...sometime i saw that petroling car driver are also drink Tea there...

    Hello sir / madam,

    Today 10th aug 2019 i was travelling khopoli from pune on mumbai-pune express way.

    At talegaon toll, i was told etc is not working please pay cash. Thus i paid cash 138/.
    Moved on towards khopoli. Within 04 min i received message on mobile that rs. 138/- is deducted from my account as charges of tool at talegaon thru etc.

    Thus i am charged double rs 138/- when i was not supposed to be charged anything at talegaon.

    How do i get refund of this amount?

      At talegaon toll, i was told etc is not working please pay cash. Thus i paid cash 138/.

      At Talegaon toll plaza, I paid 230/- Rs for travelling up-to Mumbai (vehicle No. MH46BE9347)

      At Khalapur Toll plaza, I showed the receipt and allowed to pass. When I reached Mumbai, we received SMS that 138/- Rs of toll is deducted from my Fastag Tag Serial No. :[protected]

        There are many digs on road from kamrej to kim (Both way). The condition of road is worst because of havy rain since last ten days and driving is very risky on this way. So i urge to please repaire as early as possible.

        With reference to your trailing mail on dtd. 06.08.2019, it is to inform that there is no digs(potholes) in road in Kamrej to Kim section except work of improvement of four laning to six laning of Kamrej-Chalthan section of NH-8(48)including Six nos Black Spot awarded to M/s Unique Construction & SCIW J/V (EPC) by NHAI and work is under progress near Kamrej Sugar @Km.241.00 to Village Dhoran Pardi @Km.243.650 by them.
        Damage road near Kamrej Sugar @Km.241.00 to Village Dhoran Pardi @Km.243.650 both side is part of this stretch. As per supplementary agreement with NHAI, we have handed over the said section to M/s Unique Construction & SCIW J/V (EPC) and we are not responsible for any kind of maintenance in this stretch.
        Hence you are requested to contact appropriate authority, please.

          Dear sir
          While passing from pune to mumbai (Mh12rk0287), i paid the toll at talegaon in cash (Receipt attached). Since i was having the sbi fast tag, i charged it on the way to ease out further travel. While exiting from khalapur, i noticed thru sms that rs. 138/- has been debited, which is an extra amount since i have already paid in cash. (Message : dear customer, your sbi fastag account ending with aaae0 vehicle number: majzxxmtkzkc54572 has been debited rs.138 for toll charges at khalapur toll plaza on 31-jul-2019 02:35:12 pm available balance is rs.124)
          While on return, i approached the supervisor mr. Vinayak rakte and explained the situation. He agreed the extra charges has been debited and said will let me pass thru this toll gate with no charge, however that did not happen and i was charged thru sbi fast tag rs. 138. (Message: dear customer, your sbi fastag account ending with aaae0 vehicle number: majzxxmtkzkc54572 has been debited rs.138 for toll charges at khalapur toll plaza on 31-jul-2019 10:40:54 pm available balance is rs.-14)
          I returned back to khalapur toll gate 10:50 pm date 31.7.2019) and approached mr. Vinayak rakte and asked him about the same. To my surprise, his behaviour was absolutely rude and insulting. He used a worst language calling me brainless and why did i pay thru fast tag? He has used bad words and it was a total insult despite the fact i have paid double toll. The toll incharge was called and the situation was explained to him. I have written the same on the available complaint book. (Copy attached).
          Hereon, i shall never use a fast tag and circulate the incidence thru social media a copy to our transport minister mr. Nitin gadkari.

          What i expect from the authority

          1. A stern action against employee, who has no right to misbehave
          2. Improve the system which is flawless, as i have seen so many complaints on double charges.
          3. Refund my money.

            On sunday, 07 july 2019, @ 19:36, i crossed talegaon toll comming from pune to lonavala. I was charged 138 rs at talegaon toll by cash, attached is the receipt. Next day i received message from hdfc bank for my fastag wallet no. [protected] on 4:46 that 138 rs are charged and debited from my account. Please find attached photos of cash receipt as well as text message from hdfc fastag account. Kindly look into this issue and refund that amount to my wallet.

            We are in receipt of your email dtd: 31.07.2019 relating to double payment o[censored]ser fees through Cash and Fastag at Talegaon Toll Plaza on Mumbai Pune Expressway, registered under ‘Indian Consumer Complaints Forum’ portal.

            At the outset, we sincerely apologize for inconvenience caused to you. We hereby inform that the matter has been investigated by us and clarify as under:

            1. We have verified our accounts and confirm that we have received an additional amount of Rs.138/- and the same can be refunded.

            2. It may be noted that details of valid Fastag on a vehicle is automatically captured while crossing toll plaza and accordingly payment is deducted. If the person at toll booth fails to notice the same, cash payment is asked. It is advisable to inform about Fastag affixed on the vehicle before making cash payment.

            3. You are requested to contact your Fastag issuing bank to raise a chargeback request for refund of this amount. The same shall be credited to your bank account.

            For any further assistance or clarification, please feel free to write back to us.

              Good morning.

              I use kvb fast tag for etc in the mumbai pune expressway route.

              I was travelling on 27th july, 2019 in the morning. My vehicle number is tmbbdgne1ja007741.
              Please note that at khalapur toll they used a hand gun for deduction my toll and they have debited rs.138/- twice. They were having problems with that hand gun and must have happened without that knowing the same. The first deduction is at 7.47.46 am and the second deduction is at 7.53.04 am. Transaction id is[protected][protected] and[protected][protected]. Obviously i cant pass the toll twice in this span of time.in fact they said that i don't have balance of rs 230/- when i had enough balance to go to pune.

              So could you kindly refund the second deduction into my account.

                With reference to the subject mentioned mentioned, the last sunday, 14 july 2019, at 14:19, i crossed khalapur toll comming from panvel. I was charged 138 rs at khalapur toll naka (Khopoli, maharashtra) by cash, attached is the receipt.

                As i had etc tag on the vehicle i did asked the toll attendant person has the amount been deducted, but he said that it is not and asked me to pay the toll amount in cash.

                10 minutes later i received a message for my etc tag ending no 2882 and etc account no. Uboitc[protected]Union bank of india) at 14:29 that 138 rs has been charged and debited from my account.

                Refer the attached are the photos of cash receipt as well as text message from etc account.

                Please take a look into the issue and help me with the refund for same.

                  Hi team,

                  Was traveling to mumbai via pune mumbai expressway. Had very bad experience by seeing that talegaon and khopoli supervisors have no sense of talking with arm force employees. The person in car showed his valid arm force id but he was not given exemption. Instead of that this supervisors started misbehaving badly with him in front of his family.
                  Please respect the arm force employees.
                  And also seen for other private car if a person has police id or corporator or person just carring normal id of any political parties are given exemption but arm force employee is not given.

                  Can you please share name of project manager of khopoli and talegaon toll naka.

                  Please provide training to them to behave good with arm force employees they have huge respect all over but by seeing this it felt bad.

                    I have been at varsoli toll plaza on 21/7/2019. I have been asked for toll and i was ready to pay. The car in which i was travelling was of vadgaon maval. But the behaviour of workers there was rude and not proper. I asked them the jurisdiction in which the toll is exempted. They showed me gr bt after reading the same no limits could be found. I paid my toll and asked for their id cards which they were not ready to show bt later on i saw their i’d cards which had the stamp of v. M. Enterprises. I want you to take actions against the workers appointed their and let me know where the company has appointed any persons from v. M. Enterprises. The name of the workers are sachin poojari and one more. I have recorded the video of the car having no mh 14 which was allowed to pass without paying toll. I am not able to upload it bt can give u when required.

                    We are in receipt of your email dtd: 23.07.2019 relating to misbehavior by toll staff at Kusgaon (Varsoli) Toll Plaza on OLD Mumbai Pune Natinal Highway #4, registered under ‘Indian Consumer Complaints Forum’ portal.

                    At the outset, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. We hereby inform that matter has been investigated by us and clarify as under:

                    1. Please note that we are carrying out toll operations as per the guidelines of ‘Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation’ at aforesaid toll plaza and notification issued by Govt. of Maharashtra.
                    2. Please note that as per said Notification, there is no exemption to any person/vehicle except as mentioned in the said notification.
                    3. We understand that you had asked for exemption from the payment o[censored]ser fee, however, the same was refused by toll staff. We further understand that refusal to pay user fee led to some altercations between you and toll staff.
                    4. We would like to inform that, there are many cases where Fastag/Monthly Passes are affixed on the windshield of the vehicles. Many a times, Monthly Passes or Return Passes are displayed from inside the vehicle. These Fastags are read automatically and passes are recognized by toll staffs who allow such vehicles to pass without stopping such vehicle to avoid delay/inconvenience to other vehicles.
                    5. Please note that we provide periodical training for the job to our personnel including behavioral training to ensure quality services and any misbehavior by our personnel is strictly dealt by us. Though we have not found any evidence of misbehavior by our toll staff, we have instructed our plaza team yet again to ensure proper conduct by our personnel.
                    6. We once again regret the inconvenience caused to you and highly appreciate your feedback as it will help us to improve our services.

                    The toll in Varsoli are goons! No Manners, We as citizens avoid Police complaints to avoid to save on govt services. I have had similar experiences, about the toll plaza, The manager deployed there uses abusive languages, threatens, within no time they get 20 men to the toll plaza to threaten.. Best practise to save yourself, family is to leave from there.

                      I was travelling from Mumbai to Pune on 05-Jun-2019 via Express Way.
                      At Khalapur toll plaza, I have paid 230 Rs as toll charges for travelling up-to Pune. (Receipt Attached)
                      At Talegaon Toll plaza, I shown them receipt and after their scanning, barrior opened. When I reached at Pune, I received SMS as 138 Rs of toll is deducted from my Fastag. (SMS Snapshot attached)
                      If Toll Plaza will deduct such double charges then how consumer can trust on the Fastag System?
                      On the same day I had travelled from Gujrat to Pune but the incident only happend on Talegaon Toll Plaza.

                      I had raised a request to Axis Bank as it was the Fastag Issuance Bank to me. On 24-Jun-2019, I received call from ICICI Bank for reversal of double debit charges to my Issuance Bank in my Fastag Account. Now, I have received the refund. Thanks to all the entities for help.

                        I was traveling from Talegaon to Mumbai on 16th June evening, as my car has fast tag attached. So we ask toll people whether fast tag amount got deducted or not? He said not? He demanded toll, so we paid,
                        Later I got the message that from fast tag also amount got deducted!!!
                        This is pure cheating, you are looting the normal people and allow VIP people to pass without getting toll from them.

                        Please find attached SMS for FASTTAG.
                        The receipt for toll plaza I will try to find, but you can check your CCTV car No MH46 BK 9918 from which till has been collected on Sunday 16th June evening after 7 pm.

                          Today i.e. on 15th June 2019, @ 17:14, I crossed khalapur toll comming from Panvel and going to Pune. I was charged rs 138 at khalapur toll (MAHARASHTRA) by cash, attached is the receipt. I informed the person about the fastag on my vehicle but he said that I would have to pay by cash since fastag detector machine was not installed on that counter. @ 18:05 when I arrived at Talegaon Toll Plaza I showed my toll cash receipt to the man on counter. He waived at me to let me go. But after 30-35 mins I received message from Paytm @ 18:41 that rs 138 are charged and debited from my account for my Vehicle registration number MAKGM651CJ4306826. I was baffled as to why I was charged again by ETC even though I had already paid by cash and even showed the receipt to the man on the counter. I think it was deliberate charge by the counter person. I must be returned the extra charged money. Attached are the photos of cash receipt as well as text message from ETC account.

                          At the outset, we sincerely apologize for inconvenience caused to you. We hereby inform that the matter has been investigated by us and clarify as under:

                          1. We have verified our accounts and confirm that we have received an additional amount of Rs.138/- and the same can be refunded.

                          2. It may be noted that details of valid Fastag on a vehicle is automatically captured while crossing toll plaza and accordingly payment is deducted. We do not have any role in inclusion or removal of Fastag data. In limited cases, due to technical issues tag is not verified immediately and the person at toll booth asks for cash payment.
                          3. You are requested to contact your Fastag issuing bank to raise a chargeback request for refund of this amount. The same shall be credited to your bank account.

                            I stay at somatane phata. And I have submitted my vehicle registration papers, address proof and Identity proof to IRB office at somatane phata toll on old mumbai pune highway for local resident pass.
                            But each time I am denied of local resident pass saying aadhar is needed or voter id card is needed.
                            I have submitted all required documents, still not getting the Local resident pass.
                            And I was given Rs 525/- pass each time, instead of RS 260 /- local resident pass.
                            And many pass the toll without paying toll .
                            So if we are locals, should we not be paying or get a Rs 260 local resident pass?
                            We need your confirmation. Hence, Could you please look into this issue?

                            Could you please first share the details of process required to procure local resident pass?
                            I want to know what is pass charges for the people residing just within 1KM from toll gate having all the residence proof as well as CAR registration with same address. We will definitely share the required document but before this the process to apply local residence pass should be clear.
                            From past year they are asking for different documents, from aadhar to voterID card but are still not issuing the correct pass.

                            Yes, I am also facing similar issue.. they are insisting ro get other pass not the lowest one for locals.. whereas there many local drive their vehicle even without having pass..

                              Yesterday, we were coming to Ahmedabad from the Udaipur highway, where the construction work was going on every 5 kilometer, then we had problems in traffic.
                              When I called this toll plaza on this issue, it was not giving me the correct answer and the abusive word was used to me.
                              And your manager said to me do whatever happens to you, See what do you do too.

                              Today on 09.06.2019 at around 8.00 am toll boy given fraud receipt (IDFC TRANSACTION RECEIPT AS TOLL RECEIPT). We paid cash for toll. Due to heavy traffic we didn't able to check receipt at toll, we checked the receipt while travelling and found that it's fraud.

                              The ceiling is falling down, there is no water, toilet is not cleaned toilet is most unhygenic and irb after charging high toll charges should at least keet basic neccesities clean and with water

                                  1. We are carrying out toll operations at aforesaid toll plaza as per Concession Agreement executed with ‘National Highways Authority of India’ (NHAI) and guidelines issued by NHAI from time to time.
                                  2. Please note that there is no provision of issuing duplicate toll receipts in the system since you had lost the toll receipt issued from Anand Toll Plaza, however a payment o[censored]ser fee is requested at Vadodara Toll Plaza which was correct and valid as per notification.

                                  In Maharashtra on Solapur to Aurangabad highway on Padalsingi Toll naka actually for beed passing vehicle toll is rs. 35 but they are charged rs.65 and amount is deducted from my fasttag when I told to staff they told if you wish you can make complaint very upset on their behaviour

                                    There were goons standing there, treating the travellers in a very harsh behavior, the toll incharge literally threatened as we insisted to clear the traffic on asking him to show his identity he refused to do so and called a few people around who gathered around the car, there was no service for drinking water and also the toilets were out unhygienic and out of water

                                      We are in receipt of your email dtd: 12.05.2019 relating to double payment o[censored]ser fees through Cash and Fastag at Tamalwadi Toll Plaza on Solapur- Yedshi Highway, registered under ‘Indian Consumer Complaints Forum’ portal.

                                      1. We are carrying out toll operations at aforesaid toll plaza as per Concession Agreement executed with ‘National Highways Authority of India’ (NHAI) and guidelines issued by NHAI form time to time.
                                      2. As per Govt.Notification No.S.O.2506(E), (copy enclosed for ready reference), there is no exemption for any person or vehicle except as provided in the said Notification.
                                      3. It may be noted that vehicles with MH25 registration are not exempted at Tamalwadi Toll Plaza as per said notification. However, there is provision of discounted Monthly Pass for local residents (residing nearby toll plaza) for their non-commercial vehicles subject to fulfilling the conditions mentioned therein.
                                      4. To avail this facility on Fastag (i.e. registration of Fastag as Local Tag), vehicle user needs to submit proper documents viz, vehicle registration documents, proof of residence etc. at Toll Plaza Administration Office. After verification of documents and if documents are found in order, Fastag is registered under Local Tag by the Toll Plaza. This usually takes 2-3 working days after submission of documents.
                                      5. Apart from registration of ‘Fastag as local tag’, we have no role in payment processing under Fastag as it is automated process and payment is processed as per said notification. It appears that proper details were not shared with you by the Fastag selling agency.
                                      6. In case you are eligible for local monthly pass as per user fee notification, you are requested to visit Tamalwadi Toll Plaza with required documents.

                                        On 04.05.2019, i have passed through kamrej, choryasi toll plaza. Local vehicles having registration at surat are enjoying exemption from payment of toll tax. However, rs.70 have been deducted from my paytm wallet and rs.40 were deducted on my return journey. Total rs.110 has been wrongly deducted. Kindly look into the matter and initial refund of the wrongly deducted amount. We also request you to kindly ensure that such wrong deductions do not occur in future.

                                        Whenever i travel from Chinchwad to Talegaw the Toll Plaza of Somatne Phata asks for the Toll.
                                        i want to know the status of Toll Plaza
                                        is chinchwad passing vehicle is necessory to pay the toll at Somatne Phata ?
                                        whats the End date of this Toll Plaza.
                                        Team - I have visited through toll and lost the bills, I need Duplicate prints of the some 14 Transactions - Vehicle No. Gj5 CQ 9199, But the Officials at point are denying the same.

                                        Need help to get dubplicate copies of transaction done during toll.
