This happened on 3rd December 2022.

The toll person said low balance and charged 270*2=540 by cash as a double charge at the Khalapur toll on the Mumbai Pune expressway. Then immediately after toll, I recharged being shocked to hear a low balance (my balance was above this 203) and after an hour 203 was deducted for the same toll from my fast tag too.

So practically for the toll of 203, I was charged 203 + 2*270 = 743 which is ridiculous.

Request to please look into this and help me get the refund of the unnecessary 540 charged for the same.

I have been travelling from Talegaon. My fast tag of HDFC Bank [protected] was deducted with 203 rs at Talegaon toll. After this the fast tag balance went low. At the Khalapur toll, since th balance was low on the way and as internet was not working, i made cash payment. As i have already made a payment of rs 203, i should have been charged rs203. However, I'm charged rs 406. When asked for the lady informed that it is already punched, and that's how it is and she cannot consider the earlier toll paid at Talegaon even after showing the message on mobile. Then another employee Mr Mahesh Patil said this is how it is and they don't consider the earlier payment made as the receipt is punched in. This is inappropriate practice. It is possible that the toll balance gets low on certain occassions when you are travelling. That should not be a reason for double deduction of toll. Request to refund the extra toll deducted at the earliest. Attaching the message as well as the receipt for ref.

Today (22/01/2023), मैं पुणें to मुंबई जा रहा था। Talegaon टोल प्लाजा पर २०३ टोल डेबिट हुआ । खालापुर टोल प्लाजा पर ₹६७ टोल डेबिट होनाचाहिए, लेकिन खलापुरटोलप्लाजा पर भी ₹२०३ डेबिट हूए ।व्यवास्थापन को अनुरोध है कृपया डेबिट हुए रक्कम फिर से क्रेडिट करे।

Dear Team,

I travelled from pune to mumbai at 18/12/2022. At 18/12/22 at 22:58 time I Paid cash due to low balance showing in my fast tag. After few days i checked statement 203 rs deduceted at 22:52 time from fasttag wallet, Kindly refund my 203 rs as soon as possible. I had complained on NHAI they are saying that this toll not comes under them. so kindly refund my money to my fast tag.

I was traveling from Pune to Lonavala on 26th dec 22 by my Hyundai i20 car no MH42K9859 via Pune Mumbai Express Way, But while returning from Lonavala via Mumbai Pune Express Way around 10pm at Talegaon Toll Plaza They took payment in cash Rs 203 and later the amount got debited from fast tag account too .
Pls refund the amount.

Today, 6 January 23, I crossed Khalapur toll and paid 203 via fastag.
When I reached Talegaon then also the same amount of 203 debited from my Fast tag. Total 406 i have paid for single journey instead of 270 rupees.
In talegaon toll i should have been charged 67 only but they again charged me 203.

Vehicle number is MH14JX6944.

I was charged incorrect double user fee of INR 406 in cash at Kusgaon Toll Plaza between Pune and Mumbai. I had sufficient fasttag balance and INR 203 was deducted from my account as well. I want refund of INR 406 of double user fee. Toll reciept and account statement of fasttag is attached.

I travel from Mumbai to Pune on 01/01/2023 by my car, Rs. 203 toll deducted at khed shiwapur toll plaza and Rs 203 deducted at Talegoan toll plaza. So actually 67 rs need to be deducted but 203 rs deducted.

Require your explanation as well as need to revert my extra money back to my fastag wallet.

Traveling on 25 12 2022 double toll was charged 203 from both sides at talegaon toll plaza it was charged for 67 rs only for one side really half rate after another side for half rate deduction

I am traveling from pune to khalapur toll was deducted 203 first time and second time 203 from another side i am traveling on 25 12 2022 rs 85 want to be deducted from one side and half amount from another side

Kindly check the receipt for cash paid at khalapur express toll plaza, maharashtra though our car MH46BE3869 was having valid fastag of Axis bank with balance of Rs820/- as attached screenshots of the account and NPCL Mapper.

It was mistake from the toll plaza to collect cash from us. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible in our fastag account.

The road side lights are not working in Kallambella. I have told many people about this till the toll is not noticed. Repair it as soon as possible sir.

It was smooth process-at earlier toll plazas. Hence I paid toll in cash and the toll plaza person issued manual receipt of Rs 270. But again at Khalapur toll plaza Rs 203 was deducted from my Axis bank fastag wallet.
Hence overall I have paid Rs 473 for express way travel from Pune to Vashi.

On 17/12/2022, I was travelling from Pune to Mumbai via Express way . On Talegaon Toll plaza Rs 203 deducted at 7.48 Hrs. It was ok . But on Khalapur Toll plaza again 203 deducted from my fasttag in place of Rs 67 at 8.40 Hrs. My fast tag account number is 26258617 . My vehicle engine number is registered in fast tag . The number is MALB241CLMM075982. Screenshot of Fast tag attached.

Details are emailed with subject “ Three times toll charged double cash + fast tag” to toll.[protected]@irb.co.in, [protected]@irb.co.in. And [protected]@irb.co.in.

I hope bringing this to public will speeding the process in solving the matter.

I was travelling to Pune from Panvel on 20th November 2022 morning. I entered in Non fastag lane E17 on khalapur expressway toll plaza. Toll collector lady charged me double fee of Rs- 540 by cash for one way travelling. I politelly asked that lady to take 270 Rs normal fee but she started argueing with me. Here I'm attaching receipt of toll. Kindly requesting you to refund my money 270 rs.

On 22/11/2022 Rs 203 Rs toll was collected from me at entry Talegoan toll plaza from Paytm Fastag receipt attached. Remaining Rs.67 balance should have been collected at exit Khalapur toll plaza but due to low balance in Paytm wallet, the toll collector collected double amount of Rs 203+ 203, total 406, via cash as per the attached receipt. The amount should have been 67 rs only, since I was driving i cudnt check at the time of payment and paid it due to increasing traffic. I request you to kindly refund me the excess amount paid.

I was travelling to Pune from Mumbai on[protected] in evening, We reached at toll plaza around 6:30 Pm. 1st time my toll was deducted by Fast Tag with Order ID - [protected] from Fast Tag ID - 34161FA820328Ee401C740F20 Amount - 203/-. But gate no opened and toll plaza employee asked to pay in cash so I paid cash Too details as follows - Date - 11 Nov 2022, Time 18:34 PM. Lane - E07, Collector - KHR07, Amount - 270/-Rs Cash. Transaction no - [protected].

Please Pay me back extra deducted amount of Rs 203/- to my bank account urgently.
