Boys at toll plaza are very arrogant and dnt talk properly,

Specifically young boys needs to be told to behave properly,

Travelling with family still boys are so rude and arrogant.

    HI Team,

    I was traveling on 3 May 2022 from shedung to panvel. I'm local resident of neral so I had paid Rs 21 in cash for single journey for local vehicle. I have attached toll receipt. Still I was charged Rs 41 through Fastag as normal vehicle. I would request you to return that extra amount Rs 41 deducted through Fastag. Pls refer attached image.

      I will appreciate if someone from the IRB (MSRDC) can clarify the need to pay at 2 tolls - both for Shedung.

      We were traveling from Karjat to Mumbai on 3rd May 2022 when we encountered these 2 tolls within a distance of 2 kms.

      1. One toll was while approaching Borle/Panel bypass NH48 ... ₹41
      2. Second toll was while approaching expressway from Borle/Panvel bypass ... ₹46.

      Images for both tolls uploaded.

      A clarification will really help as the collecting authority for both the Shedung tolls was M/s. IRB Expressway Pvt. Ltd.

      Felt like being cheated by paying two tolls within 2 kms.

        Myself Girish Sohani from Thane MUmbai.

        While I was returning back from Pune to Mumbai on 4th April 2022, i was charged Rs 203 through my ICICI fast tag account. Due to less balance the account turned inactive hence at Toll 2 the toll staff has charged me Rs 406/- Receipts attched here for easy reference.

        Requesting to return the extra charged money through my Fast tag account.

            I came from Pune to Mumbai and twice toll was collected. Below are both the receipts.

              Hi,

              I was charged double fare by the toll team at Khalapur, Mumbai for my journey to Pune. I have fastag which has worked in all the tolls including my ongoing journey towards Mumbai at Khalapur toll on 14/04/2022. The machine at toll was not reading when I entered the toll at 14/04/2022 @ 18:35. I am having the necessary balance amount in my tag wallet.
              I henceforth request to refund my ongoing journey on 14/04/2022 to my fastag account as this double fare is wrongly charged to me. Only if I didn't have fastag I would have paid the double fare. Attaching all the evidence.

                  I travelled via the Mumbai-Pune expressway, and the toll amount was deducted from Fasttag at the Khopoli toll naka, although I paid over 400 in cash.

                    Dear Sir, In 26 September 2018, I have requested to remove the waste material and shaly white waste soil dumped in my land. Even several reminders also been sent to the concerned grievance cell. Since then I didn't get any reply nor any action to remove the waste dumpings. Please i request you to do the needful at the earliest or i have to go to the local police and launch a complaint.

                      I am traveling on NH 211 solapur dhule national highway and I have enough balance in my fasttag account still all toll on High way has reject and asking for double toll...if I have enough balance in account then why I would pay double toll... Also all staff is behaving rudely and carelessly.please take note of it.if your systems are not compatible to carry load then close the toll plaza.

                        I had paid Rs 203 at Khalapur Toll Plaza on date 27.03.2022 12:47 hours via my IDFC fastag but since my Fastag balance was less I paid another Rs 203 at Talegaon Toll via credit card at 13:33 hours instead of Rs 67.
                        You are therefore requested to refund excess amount charged.

                          Team,
                          On 26th March 2022, i was stuck on expressway (on lonavala bridge) for almost 2.5 hrs due to chemical spillage near amrutanjan bridge. I was suppose to attend my uncle's first death anniversary rituals which i could not as i did not reach on time. On that bridge, we had to take U turn and come back untill the start of the bridge and take NH48 (old mum-pune highway) until khopoli. The NH48 was also packed with heavy traffic. it took me 4 hrs to cross from lonavala to khopoli. In such cases the toll taken from customers should be reimbursed. I request to reimburse the full amount of 270 charged.

                            I travel from Lonavala to NaviMumbsi on 21 March 2022 at 15.28 Hrs when I cross the toll plaza collector Id. 26949 ask me to pay Rs. 406 I have fasting in my car. Due to heavy tragic I can’t arguments either the collector. Display showing insufficient balance but I haveRs. 178 in fastag balance it should be adjusted when I recharged again.
                            The collector lady not understand and compel to pay Rs. 403

                              Paid ₹203 via Fastag at Khalapur toll plaza - refer attached receipt.
                              At Talegaon toll plaza the attendant wrongly informed me that the balance was insufficient and again charged me ₹203 by cash. You wanted to took ₹67 but rather you taken ₹203

                              I request you to please refund my remaining amount.

                                Waiting time of more than 25 minutes.
                                What's the use of expressway.

                                  Travelled Mumbai to Pune via Expressway on 18th Mar 2022 by car MH02CL8374.
                                  Paid ₹203 via Fastag at Khalapur toll plaza - refer attached receipt (sms).
                                  At Talegaon toll plaza the attendant wrongly informed me that the balance was insufficient and compelled me to pay double user fee ₹406 - refer attached receipt. Transaction num [protected].
                                  After reaching home when i checked the sms received post payment at Khalapur toll paid the balance in my fastag a/c was ₹297 which was more than sufficient.
                                  I see this as malafide and cheating users to pay more unnecessarily.
                                  Request immediate remediation and take necessary action accordingly. Refund excess amount charged on priority.

                                    I travelled from Pune to Mumbai via Yeshwatrao Chavan Expressway on March 17th 2022. I crossed the Talegaon Toll at 15:55 where i was charged Rs. 203/-. I had to halt for a meeting at Khopoli for few hours and resumed by travel to Mumbai at around 19:30. I crossed Khalapur Toll exactly at 19:43 on same day where I was again charged Rs. 203/- when it should have been only Rs. 67/-. Thus i was charged double the toll and request the IRB to refind the extra charged amount

                                      On 6th March, 2022 while travelling from Pune to Mumbai I paid toll in Talegaon of INR 203 which got deducted from my fast tag (attached is the details of the transaction). I khalapur toll plaza remaining amount (ideally which should be 67/-) was not deducted from my fast tag automatically. The person near the barrier told me there is not sufficient balance in my fast tag (which was also not true as i have sufficient balance). So i asked now what to do they told i need to pay more 203/- via cash. I told them that already 203/- is deducted in Talegaon so why do i need to pay this amount again on which they told that toll amount is 406/- out of which 203/- was already deducted earlier via fast tag and now remaining you can pay via cash. I have attached the receipt of 203/- which I paid in Khalapur toll plaza.
                                      This is really frustrating, first unnecessarily i had to wait for this nonsense talk and then was told absolute lies and also charged double.
                                      Please transfer back the remaining amount.

                                        Toll was deducted twice on same day for mumbai pune expressway talegaon toll plaza.

                                        Amount deducted twice is 203 INR
