IRB Infrastructure — Charged double by the toll official | |
I have charged twice for the toll stating that the fastag has insufficient balance. I was telling them that there is sufficient balance but the official denied and asked us to pay the cash. After we moved forward we saw the payment was deducted from our pay tm too.It is requested to refund the amount. I am submitting the receipt and ss of the pay tm receipt for clarification.
