Sir it has been observed that non etc tag members are entering the fastag lane at the khalapur toll naka on the mumbai pune expressway. This is causing trouble for etc tag users and also long waiting time. Even the rule for twice penalty if a non tag car enters is not followed. The time taken to scan the barcode is also long and an authorised person to check the tag at start of the lane is also absent. Please take this complaint into notice and give us a good service.
