[Resolved] IRB Infrastructure — No separate line for fast tag | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Warm regards. Myself Dr. Supreet Prabhu owner of car GJ7-BR-8989 is a daily commuter on NE-I from Vadodara to Nadiad. In response to our PM sir's call for digital India I purchased the FASTTAG pass. i was promised that there would be a dedicated line for the holders of FAST TAG passes. Since last one month whenever I want to enter from the Vadodara side of the NE-I, I notice that all vehicles are using the dedicated tract with no differentiation. This problem is there esp in the morning hours at around 6-7 am In fact the line at the Fast Tag is the longest because not only are the vehicles of FAST TAG passes lined up but also the other vehicles with no FAST TAGS esp the heavy vehicles. In fact the lines are so long approx 15-20 vehicles that it is even difficult for someone to make out which is the FAST TAG line.. If we enter any other line we are made to pay the toll stating that this pass wont work in any other line except the FAST TAG one. I request you to take strict action against IRB INFRA which is managing NE-I and order them not to allow any other vehicles on the FAST TAG line at VADODARA except the ones with the tags. In case they are not doing it they should allow this FAST TAG to be used on all other lines as they have a mobile scanning system. Till this is done I see no advantage of having the FAST TAG pass, in fact it appears to be a disadvantage. Thanking you in kind anticipation of an early reply assuring of strict remedial measures. We have for reference your email dtd: 28.12.16; relating to Fastag issues experienced by you at Ahmedabad Vadodara Expressway, received by us through ‘Indian Consumer Complaints Forum’ & we wish to clarify as under : We appreciate your concern to support Digital India Campaign of Govt. Of India & We apologies inconvenience caused to you. Please be informed that presently we have one dedicated fastag lanes in each direction at Vadodara Toll Plaza on Ahmedabad Vadodara Expressway. Recently due to demonetization by Govt. and restrictions of cash withdrawals by RBI, users mostly transport owners have purchased fastags for their heavy vehicles which mainly caused inconvenience to you. Secondly, there was some technical issues with Fast Readers To overcome the aforesaid problems we are putting in place the following arrangements: 1. Mobile RFID readers are being made available in the lanes adjacent to the Fastag lanes. 2. Ejection lane is being made at the beginning of the Fastag lane to ensure only Fastag vehicles are allowed to ply in the Fastag lane. This is for your kind information, please. Dear sir/ Madam, I have applied for fastag on-line customer I D no. 10946780 in favor Dr Kunal Jain on 09/12/2018. As the rc wasn't readable they advised me to reload the rc copy . I did it approx 20 time readable RC copy. But again and again they are sending me the same message to reload the RC . Sir now I can't reload my RC any more and I have purchased fastag from the local agent with in 20 ms. Please help me to refund my amount. As the customer care representative are of no use. I am a frequent user of NH in Tamilnadu especially uses the route Pondicherry to Chennai.
In response to our PM sir's call for digital India I purchased the FASTTAG pass. i was promised that there would be a dedicated line for the holders of FAST TAG passes, But till date There were no separate lanes for FAST TAG.
I find it very hard to cross the Toll Plazas, as the Travellers not bothered to follow the lane and even the staffs show no sign of supporting/ Controlling the Lane.
The Staffs recruited at the PARANUR TOLL are very rude and misbehave like Rowdies.
The Staffs are neither trained nor equipped to a standard.
And everyday its verry horrible to cross the TOLLA PLAZAS located at PARANUR AND ATHUR.
Till this is done I see no advantage of having the FAST TAG pass, in fact it appears to be a disadvantage.
