INDIAN RAILWAYS USUALLY DONT CARE FOR AN INDIVIDUALS TIME . TRAIN NO: 12303, POORVA EXPRESS, TRAVELLING FROM HOWRAH TO NEW DELHI DATED 09/01/2015 GOT DELAYED BY 16-17 HOURS . IS WAS REALLY INCONVENIENT AND MOST OF OUR PLANS GOT CANCELLED DUE TO THIS IRRESPONSIVENESS OF RAILWAY AUTHORITIES . THEY SHOULD ATLEAST CARE TO INFORM THE PASSENGERS ABOUT THE REASON FOR THE DELAY .

Exactly what Indian railways should care about their technologies compared to foreign countries..they all the time facing fog but still trains are not being delayed there by any reason..they understand the value of time..
