Irctc — A/C not working from Departure to Arrival

Sir/Madam I have Board on 21st May 2015 at Howrah JN in Gitanjali Exp (12860) For Mumbai CST since I hv board the A/C Coach B1 A/C was not working we hv report to the a/c attender at hwh he told us that due to some technical issue it's not working so in next stop ( Kharagpur) it will get resolve however there was no response from the staff in Kharagpur Passenger got angry & hv done the chain pulling after this all the GRP & Station master hv assure us in Tata nagar they will solve the issue or else they will change the coach. But the same problem continued in badnear station they started giving us excuss. We hv to travel with A/C for 2 days. After paying such a huge amount for A/C coach we hv to suffer like a general coach passenger. This is the service we are getting from the Indian railway. We all hv demand for refund our fare amt. But still there is no respond from the company. Request you to kindly refund the ticket fare to us. Regards. Pradeep
