Irctc — AC NOT WORKING IN AC 3TIER B2 COACH OF TRAIN NO 12860 ON 21.05.15 | |||
I am travelling in B2 coach of Gitanjali Express (Train No 12860) from Howrah to CSTM. I have boarded train on 21st May in the afternoon and since then the Air Conditioner of AC 3tier B2 coach is not working and we have to suffer in this summer. Have tried for help but no assistance was provided. KIndly refund the ticket amount and also remember it is Indian railway afterall and you should not harass passengers travelling in AC compartments by providing such services. My PNR is [protected].
