Irctc — account disabled without any intimation | |||
My irctc user account (Suneel4vj) had been suspended without any prior notice/warning or intimation. Upon contacting the customer care and asked for the reason, they said that i had fraudulent activity done through my account. But upto my knowledge i have not done any such fraud. Moreover i have tickets booked for my upcoming journey in that account. How can i get the printout or sms of that tickets. Pls see to this issue and do the needful. I was used Hathaway connection for internet around 1 year back. They are daily keeping calling, even though I said clearly i am not interested
