Irctc — Amount debited by IRCTC but not refunding

Dear Concern, I Narendra Kumar Sen want to bring to your notice that on 19th June 2015 I was trying to book tickets from my irctc personal id an amount of 3306 is being debited but no ticket was booked against the debited amount. I had sent several reminder emails to irctc care department, they asked me to produce the bank statement which I had sent them scan copy now I am 72 yrs old citizen but they are not refunding my 3306 amount.
