[Resolved]  Irctc — Amount deducted but not received e-ticket

While I was booking ticket from Pune to Daund, for Nizamuddin express (Date of travel:- 08/Jul/2014), transaction passed through billdesk and i got message as hot payment successful. It deducted 176.24 + service charge from my account successfully, but i did not receive any SMS, neither it redirected me to booking confirmation page. I am not seeing ticket under "my transactions" section of irctc website. Please find the screenshot of successful transaction When i tried to do transaction again. It showed me warning message as attached screenshot. I mailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in on 11 June 2014 22:07PM, but no reply yet. I have mailed again on 14 June 2014 09:17AM.
