[Resolved] Irctc — Arrange Full Refund for Train Delay | |||
Dear Sir, This is to inform you that with reference to refund against PNR Number [protected] an amount of Rs. "200" (i.e only 50% refund) was confirmed by the concerned zonal railway office.However, you may be informed that I had CNF tickets [PNR Number [protected]] for my travel to Ahmedabad from Surat on 24 Dec, 2014. Since this particular weekly train [Surat to Mahuva/Bhavnagar SF Express] was delayed (till 14:20 hours unconfirmed), we had to cancel this ticket. Then we had to manage our travel to Ahmedabad with unreserved ticket. We were very disappointed by the railway station management that morning.I will appreciate that the concerned zonal railway office honours me Full Refund of the CNF ticket booking amount of Rs.400 for the PNR Number [protected].
