Irctc — cancelled ticket not refunded to my bank account

I had cancelled following train ticket through net, but the cancellation amount has not been credited to my account. The cancellation ID is as follows: 1. [protected] 2. [protected] 3. [protected] 4. [protected] 5. [protected] 6. [protected] 7. [protected] 8. [protected] 9. [protected] 10.[protected] I am not a travel agent, I am a Central Govt Servant, working in Provident Fund Office. I should get an refund amount of Rs.4, 625/-
