I am travel in konark express 11020 from brahampur to mumbai when I reach to secondrabad I am asking daal to catering staff.they give me daal and asking to would you like to buy drink which we have.I told him no.I think it is crime I request to you pls take srict dessision and stop that punish who is involve and doing that irrespons work. your house keeping service also not good they dident clean all birth of bogis pls conferm me what action taken by you my email ID is wrotten under of my name. thank you!
