Irctc — Complaint about TT

For yesterday night I was booked a reservation ticket from kota to durgapura.
And I have recived msg from irctc it is ticket status RAC/12.
First of all I have searched TT from coch nu. 1 to 7.
But I didn't found him. And after that I'm waiting for him. After 2 jour journey he came and I showed him msg with PNR he said that this not confirmed you need to out from train otherwise I fined you 570rupee. I was shocked.
I asked him about why is this happening I have reservation and I don't received any seat and coch number. He start to argue with me some other passenger like me. And he was drunk also. His name I think R.N. Mehra.
There is no name batch in his suit. After that he said that get out from here.
And than I was go to swaimadhopur junctions deputy station master.
They told me that go and come with TT. I was go again and told to TT come with me in Deputy station master. He said that I don't go anywhere i[censored] want to complaint than go to consumer court. And then I need to take general and I complete my journey in general coch by standing in whole night.

I don't know who's responsible for this but I really so disappointed to see service of iRCTC.
Please help me

I had booked train tkt on the date of 7 April 17 .Due to some problems I could not travel on this date so I had cancelled my tkts the refund amount is not credited in my account seen the time.you are requested to take necessary action on the above mentioned the subject position.

I have book ticket through irctc on dated 12.04.2017 . Amount has been deduct from my bank account but train ticket has not been print and say sorry. You are requested to refund the ticket amount rs. 580/- each for two times . Total amount rs, 1160/- may be refunded to me as ticket is not completed.
Hello,
I had booked a ticket with PNR number [protected]. As the WL ticket got canceled, a message was also received that the amount of 2325 shall be refunded in the account. The registered mobile number is [protected].
But the irony is there has been no such refund done.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
