Irctc — Damage of clothes and other valuables by rats in 3rd ac | |||||
I would like to bring to your notice that due to negligence in cleanliness in indian railways, i have suffered a huge loss of more than 5000/- . All my clothes and other valuables got torn by rats, and this is because of bad housekeeping by IRCTC. I request IRCTC to think about this and compensate against my damages. The India Railway certainly needs to do the proper house keeping of it's coaches.
The rats infested coaches are very unhygienic and also damaging the valuables of the travelers.
