Irctc — DEBIT OF PAYMENT DURING TATKAL BOOKING EVEN AFTER BOOKING FAILED | |

A ticket was being booked on 01 Apr 15 at tatkal hours, even though my e ticket booking failed on 01/04/2015 for CPR TO NK journey(06/06/2015) by 11066, payment was debited from my account RS.3226/ ON POS 2002 AT IRCTC TXN #[protected]. A complaint was lodged with the bank but no amount has been cridited in my account till date.The payment was done through debit card.The bank has said that the complain has been raised vide PG[protected] is under progress with the merchant.Till date the complain has not been resolved .Sufficient time has elapsed.Your office is requested to look into the matter and get it resolved at the earliest.
