[Resolved]  Irctc — illegal charges

I Ramkishan kadam booked a ticket on[protected] through Internet banking using SBI account, the ticket charges were deducted from my account at same the time. After two days on 6-1-2015, 11.25 is deducted four times without notification Below Message Appear From My SBI Account DEBIT ICH[protected]IG00KDITU2Commission of IG00K and this transfer of money is not fulfill legal requirements, and without any notice so it is cheating and fraud to customers. extra amount deducted from amount without any information. kindly solve this...
