Hi, Today myself (PNR No :[protected]E - TICKET)) We have booked a Reservation for 04-may-2015 trip, our ticket status was listed waiting (no-WL 5) till 1 pm and again that status Chat not prepared We were trying to reach railway inquiry & custmer care for our ticket status for confrimation, but we didn't get the correct information. According to customer care, chart should be prepared before 4 hours before the departure time 4.05 PM IST. Perhaps, CHART is not prepared till 1 IST and was also showing our reservation. Why Chat is not getting prepered. IS it all for VIPs. I am an Indian Ctizen why do IRCTC favours such thing. Kindly take immediate action ASAP.
