Irctc — Is not refunding the fair | |||||
Dear sir, I was waiting for tdr reply, they are speaking lie Case : i booked this ticket pnr [protected] on 21st feb through website . But on 22nd feb 2:47 am i was received the massage saying that .. Train no 18478 has been cancelled due to some unavoidable reasons, Sorry for inconviniance caused to the passangers on my registerd Mobile no [protected]. We were ready for the station in 22nd feb Morning but when i seen this massage we stopped. What we can do, on That day jat andolan was going on in haryana, due to this approx 537 Train were cancelled, so i believed that this train may also be Cancelled . Then i searched on google and seen that this train has Not been started from originating station, which was scheduled to be Started at 6:45 at haridwar junction, now i was sure that train is Cancelled . But in evening i seen that train is started 10:40 am, 4 Hour late, but i did not received any massage regarding this, and Then i filed for tdr [protected] in reason "train late more than Three hours and passenger not travelled.", according to the railways Rules. Full refund If i did not received the massage about the train cancellation then i Surely travelled na, Where is my fault . In hope of positive reply Was this information helpful? | |||||
