[Resolved]  Irctc — money is not refunded after cancellation of e ticket through irctc

I (ankit sisodia)cancelled my railway cc e ticket pnr no [protected] from kanpur (cnb) to new delhi(ndls) on 09.02.2014 train no: 12003, date of journey: 09.02.2014, transaction ID: [protected]. In irctc website it is showing that your ticket was cancelled and money was refunded to your account, But I didnt receive any refund from irctc.
