Irctc — Non cancellation of ticket | |||
Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I was trying to book a ticket on sunday(31.05.2015) but instead of 31.05.2015 by mistake i chose (sunday) 07.06.2015 as date of journey and booked a premium ticket as it was an urgency to travel.But after booking when i took a print out i noticed that by mistake i have booked a wrong travel date and now i want to cancel this ticket with PNR number [protected] but irctc is not allowing with message premium ticket booked with dynamic fares cannot be cancelled.I have send 9 mails to [protected]@irctc.co.in but every time their retuen mail says Premium special train is introduced from Railway on the busy sector with dynamic fare pricing. Cancellation is not allowed in this train thus no Refund shall be granted. However, full refund shall be admissible only if the train is fully cancelled. Kindly advice me how i can get my refund as already i paid double amount for booking and i m lossing Rs 2582.47/- if this ticket will not be cancelled Regards Prashant Kataria [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
