PNR Number [protected] l Tdr filed Reason "Passenger Not Travelled.", Reference No for this is :[protected] The case forwarded to the concerned Zonal Railways to process refund through EDR/ Enhanced Coaching Refund System of Indian Railways (ECRS) under the present commercial rules. Refund not received Irctc customer care executive says that tdr has been filed after train departure Reallity is that scheduled time of arrival of trai is 1920 but it has not come to BJU railway station even at 2250 hrs si i travel ed rest of journey by bus.
