Irctc — Non refund of money on Canceled tickets

Hello sir, I am Gyan dev bachchan and my complaint is that i booked 3 tickets on 8/5/2015, whose details are as below: Transaction ID: [protected] Train No./ Name: 12204/SHC GARIB RATH Date of Booking: 08-May-2015 Date of Journey: 09-May-2015 Date Of Boarding: 09-May-2015 Date of Arrival: 10-May-2015 From: NEW DELHI (NDLS) To: SAHARSA JN (SHC) Boarding At: NEW DELHI (NDLS) Resv Upto: SAHARSA JN (SHC) Quota: TATKAL (CK) Class: CHAIR CAR (CC) Payment Status: Payment Settled Bank Name: State Bank of India Reservation Status: Not Booked Transaction Amount: 3164.94 No. of Adults: 3 No. of Children: 0 Ticket Type: E-Ticket Refund Details Refund Status:APPROVED Refund Date: Refund Amount: 3164.94 Here my complaint is that i did not get the refund in my bank a/c till yet it almost 3 days delayed, however it my first experience with irctc but its quit disappointing. So that i therefore request to resolve my issue as soon.
