Irctc — Non refund of money on transaction failure. | |
Sir,
I was doing reservation on my IRCTC account for dated 01.04.2015 from Asansol to New Delhi (Transaction ID and Details receipt is attached).I had used Punjab national bank Debit Card for payment, but transaction was cancelled and consequently Rs.7851.18 was debited from PNB Account No-[protected] in the name of Balwinder Singh as got message on mobile as well it is reflected in Pass Book too. I lodged a complaint to PNB customer care help line No-[protected] vide comlaint No-A[protected] dated 11/04/2015 and they too confirmed about the money of Rs 7851.18 was debited from the said account on 01.04.2015. In this regard, I want to know the present status of my money for refund from IRCTC as it is not refunded till date.
Therefore, you are requested to refund my money back in my account at earliest.
