Irctc — non refund of my ticket of cancelled train PNR No[protected] | |||
I booked the ticket from Bhatinda to Chandigarh wide PNR No[protected] date 28.05.2015 . The train's departure time is 11:50 PM. I reached the railway station that is 60Km far away from my home. When I reached and asked about train, I came to know that It has been cancelled. I didn't get any intimation from IRCTC by message as I had booked the train online. It was urgent for me to reach the Chandigarh. I asked the enquiry person present at station about the ticket upgrade in next train or refund my amount. But he neither tell about cancellation of ticket nor any other option of reservation in other train.There were only one train that is yet to depart. But they said that if this ticket is online booked then we can not do anything. You have to go via general coach.I went Chandigarh in general Coach and did not sleep even a minute and not execute my plans as per my planning due to this harassment by IRCTC (Indian Railway) and no refund is given to me till date. When i asked from irctc customer care why you have not refund my amount then they said you have to cancel the ticket online in stipulated time period and refuse to pay the refund.Because i was in the train so i can not use the option of cancellation of ticket if you do not do the needful to refund my amount otherwise i have no option to move in the court of law.
