Irctc — NOT GETTING REFUND | |||
ON 11/02/2015 I ATTEMPTED TO BOOK A TICKET BUT DUE TO NETWORK FAILURE IT WAS NOT DONE. BUT A AMOUNT OF 2013.72 WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY SBI ACCOUNT AND I GOT THE IRCTC TXN NO:[protected] POS 2002. AS PER RULE WITHIN 2 TO 3 WORKING DAYS THE AMOUNT SHOULD BE REFUND TO MY ACCOUNT. BUT STILL IT WAS NOT DONE. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AS THE MATTER IS VERY URGENT.
