[Resolved] Irctc — Not refund the amount | |
Dear IRCTC
On 11/9/2015 I booked train ticket ( PNR no: [protected] ) at the site of yatra.com but the ticket was cancelled. after two days later IRCTC send me a mail that was dear customer your ticket has been cancelled so the amount of 259/-rs will refund shortly. But I didnot get the amount 259/-rs. So I kindly request you to please refund the amount shortly
