Irctc — Not refunded

Dear sir, This is very regret full movement for me that i am complaining first time against the IRCTC. I had booked ticket from IRCTC online PNR no.-[protected], [protected] . Mentioned train had missed on station mathura jnc. due to train with number 14318 arrived late to mathura junction. I had already inform to IRCTS by Post with proof of station master and as per the rule of Railway but they did not respond any more for refunding amount. Kindly resove the problem for regarding issue.Do need full. Your sincerely Ramesh D patel
