i am from ludhiana, and travelling to roorkee on friday[protected] and at platform no 2 of ludhiana railway.stall no 2, person overcharging me for a bottle of water of rupee 15 . when i asked him to see the price he asked me to if i want to bought the water bottle i had to pay rupee 20.
