Ticket not booked and payment deducted - I have done an online transaction to purchase an e-ticket. After the payment was made through Axis bank internet banking the amount Rs. 577.48 got debited from my bank account. I also got an sms citing the transaction particulars. Unfortunately, neither my tickets has been generated nor my IRCTC account shows any such transaction. Sir please refund me my balance immediately. or generated my tickets.
