Booking Transaction Id: [protected] Dated 15.11.2014 All E-Ticket booking procedures followed properly and payment made by NEFT from my ICICI savings account (I have necessary bank document to prove the transfer of the fund to IRCTC), but tickets not booked. I don't know what went wrong. I request you to refund my money (Rs. 4108.71) to my ICICI Savings A/C as early as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
