Irctc — payment issues during TATKAL Booking | |||
I have done an online transaction to purchase an e-ticket. After the payment was made through SBI Debit card no. 622xxxxxxxxxxxxx842 for a purchase worth Rs. 1211 on the amount Rs. 1211 got debited from my SBI account. I also got an sms citing the transaction particulars. Unfortunately, neither my tickets has been generated nor my IRCTC account shows any such transaction. Sir please refund me my balance immediately. or generated my tickets. Also, while booking through Net banking, SBI online banking site is not being directed to. This creates a huge problem while booking tickets during TATKAL booking. Pls resolve this grave issue at the earliest Was this information helpful? | |||

I totally agree Ambarish, its really very troublesome, sometimes specially during TATKAL Booking.

Its fact and same happened with me. In such case we should get ticket and not refund.
