Irctc — Refund amount is not credited in my bank account

Cancellation id - [protected] & [protected]
Refunded amout - rs. 1410 & rs. 3310. Above said both tickets were booked through irctc mobile app and both tickets has been cancelled. Cancelled amount has been refunded by irctc through paytmsdk. But i have not received those refund amount in my bank account yet. Kindly look into the matter and pl inform when i will be receiving the refund amount in my bank account.
