Irctc — Refund and not a Govt. Train

My train in Cancelled from your side. That is not my fault. At end time when we reached station then announce train is cancelled.its a joke. Katra Station Master Says SVDK Premium Train (22680) is out side thekedar Train. it is not Govt. railway train. we are not responsible for this train. But i have no knowledge about that it must be cancelled with in 72 hours from my login account. I request to you please give me my refund as soon as possible.
