Irctc — Refund cancelled train fare

PNR NO:[protected] & train no;12321 dt 17/12/2013 has been cancelld by railway itself. so i requesr u to refund my proceed to my account as earliest. i have come to jabalpur from my native place jhrgram to bilaspur on21/12/2013 by train no;18030 pnr no; [protected] (tatkal) and from bilaspur to jabalpur i travel vide train no:18234 on 22/12/2013 whose pnr no: [protected]. really i was deeply morose and suffer a lot in this journey .so i request u kindly consider this case sympthically and credit the amount in my account as earlist. thanks & regards tapan samanta jabalpur
