Irctc — Refund didn't get against TDR file

Hello, I had booked a tatkal ticket from dehradun (DDN) to lucknow (LKO) for journey on 24-Dec-2014. The train was late more than 6 hrs. so i filed TDR on same day. It is now more than one months but the status is still showing CR Registration. I didn't get my money back. please look into the matter.
