On 14th jan 2019 i have tried booking of air ticket thorough irctc app through my debit card. But ticket status not booked but amt deducted from my account is not still refunded. Money has been deducted from my account, however ticket is not booked.
Please refund the amount, and suggest should I book the ticket again ?
I dont want a situation, where I book new ticket and later on you will also book ticket against this txn, which is on hold.
