Irctc — refund of Journery amount from Hubli to Bangalore on 11.05.2015 - reg | |||
Dear Sir/Madam I M.S.Sujay Kumar has booked a E-Ticket, PNR : [protected] and ID : [protected] on 7.05.2015 to from travel Hubli to Bangalore on 11.05.2015 at 10.30 PM ( Vosco Link Express) which is connected to Rani Chennamma rear end. I got an SMS on 07.05.2015, that ticked is booked and you are in the PQWL-9 status. After that i have not received any SMS from IRCTC. When i checked prior to the train arrival at the hubli station by putting the PNR no is showed that PGQL - 1 and the TT told your ticket is not confirmed. Hence i request your good office to refund back the amount (Rs 769=00) which i have payed on link form my bank(Indian Bank) at the earliest.
