I had booked a tatkaal ticket from kannur(CAN) to Chiplun(CHI) on 7-5-15 PNR [protected] . As I got no confirmation I had to book a premium Tatkal in a train 50 minutes earlier(CNF). Even at 8-am, I am not getting information regarding the first ticket . The chart is not prepared 3hrs before departure from original station. Hence the first tkt (PNR-[protected]) may be cancelled from your end, a, s otherwise I will lose money due to fault from your end.

I have not received the refund towards the waitlisted Tatkal ticket with transaction Id - [protected] and PNR - [protected] in the train 12704 / FALAKNUMA EXP.
