Irctc — Refund of wrongly deducted amount of Rs.4116 twice. | |||
I have tried to book tickets from Guruvayoor to Chennai on 07.05.2015 through irctc website for travel on 10.05.2015. . The amount of Rs.4116/- has been wrongly deducted twice (i.e Rs.8232/-) from my SBI A/c No.[protected], Chennai, but after making debit card payment the status displayed is that "Error, No seats found". The transactions nos. are[protected] and[protected] respectively. Finally it was successful during the third time by Chennai Express (Train No.22640). The third time transaction no. was[protected]. Hence, I kindly request you to refund the wrongly deducted amount of Rs.8232/- (Rs.4116 x 2) to the same SBI A/c No.[protected], from where it is debited through my debit card.
