Irctc — Refund payment of ticket not issued - refund of ticket fair due to delay of train more than 3hr

Dear sir/madam, i had booked a ticket from brc to kuh journey date 5 jul 2016, but the train got late for more than 5 hours (schedule departure at brc was 5:12 am). i had filed the tdr on the same day at 05 jul-2016 9:13 hrs. the status of tdr showing cr repudiate. i was waiting for the train but the train got late so much, so i have filled the tdr before actual arrival of train at brc. please help me on this matter. as per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours. pnr: [protected] transaction id: [protected] date of journey: 05-july-2016 ticket amount: 2196.00 tdr filing date: 05-july-2016 9:13:52 hr tdr zone: east central railway (ec) reason for tdr registration failed: invalid tdr timestmap : delay
