Irctc — Refund Status due to cancelled Train | |||
Hi Sir/Madam, This is in Reference to NDLS Premium Special, Train No : 22913, originating from Mumbai (BCT) was cancelled on 27/05/2015 due to Gujjar Strike on Railway Tracks due to Reservation . I was told by customer care that amount would be refunded within a week as its E-Ticketing but yesterday when i called 139 Railways customer care I was informed that i will not get refund as I was suppose to file TDR, I went to site but I’m not able to file. I did not get refund for the e-tickets booked for which the scheduled train was cancelled and had to make alternative arrangements causing lot of inconvenience. I was told that the refund will be paid automatically as it happens in case of Trains Cancellation. The amount paid for e-ticketing is yet to be credited to the payment A/C.The details are as follows : Name of the Train : NDLS Premium Special Train No : 22913 PNR No : [protected] Transaction ID : [protected] Ticket from : Mumbai BCT ; Ticket to : New Delhi Passenger Name- Shashibala Singh, Dhirendra Singh Ground : Cancellation of Train Due to Gujjar Reservation Booking Amount Paid : Rs. 4884.94/- Request for earliest pay.
